Smoking Everywhere brand electronic cigarettes I first came across when visiting my local mall. It seemed funny to see a man smoking in a mall when I suddenly realized, “That’s not a real cigarette! It’s an electric cigarette which of course can be smoked anywhere!”.

SE Gold EditionTheir price is a bit higher than most but their vaporizer (atomizer) is said to be a bit more advanced than the rest. Developed by the Chinese with a multitude of flavors, Smoking everywhere brand e-cigs are an excellent choice and are the first e-cig I’ve found to be available locally.

    Don’t understand really what all the bad reviews are about i have never had a problem with these. decent taste average battery life friendly service and one happy fiance that i’m cutting back on my reg cigarettes.

    One more unhappy customer. I purchased a new kit, and it came with a free box of the cartridges with the atomizer built in. The regular atomizer that comes with the kit, did NOT work. I went to their website, and got on live chat. They told me I had two options, buy 5 boxes of the new filter, and they would send a new atomizer with the purchase, OR, send them the broken atomizer, and they would send a replacement. I told them I don’t need anymore filters because I had bought 10 boxes of menthol filters a few months ago.(I lost my first e-cigarette so I bought a new one) They said that I can send $14.95, for shipping and handling, and they would send one in 3-5 days. I told them just send the one that they were going to wait for 3-5 weeks to send, and I would send the broken one back to them. They argued, and I said enough! Give me the address to send it back. They said no money back. I said *****, I will cost them many sales by putting all over facebook to not buy their product! They said they would give a refund! *******!! DO NOT BUY! dO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY!!

    I have been waiting twelve days since I placed my order ( 7 working days) and just called them to find out (after being on hold for 28 min.) that my order has made it from Florida to Ohio. I live in Colorado. The Phone number that you want to call for the original “Smoke Everywhere” is as follows 1-800-518-8273. I have been through four rounds of Cancer and my husband has been there all the way but when he found this for me I have not had a “real” cig. since. If you are calling any other number than the one I just put down then you are not using the phone number that you need. This is just my opinion but do not use the other phone numbers unless it is the real “Smoke Everywhere”. I have not had a problem with the original company but have nothing but problems since I made this order on March 23th and today is April 3rd but I still have not received by order. USE THE ORIGINAL SMOKE EVERYWHERE! THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Horrible customer service the sales person lied and charged my card twice.
    Then refused to cancel my order. 30 day money back is what they say so if anything shows up it will be returned. I notified the State Attorney Of FL who has the company under investigation for possible deceptive practices and down right stealing. This is service from their online store. When I have dealing with vendors in malls and such never had a problem.

    DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE ! BUYER BEWARE INFERIOR PRODUCT.
    Gold One starter kit purchased at the mall kiosk. I admit I had done some research on e-cigs and decided rather than order anything online I would go to the local mall and check them out. I know better than to buy on emotion but the friendly kiosk worker explained that the 10ml juice would last for about 3 months and I looked at the monthly cost as a savings compared to the $160.00 I spend on analogs. Did I mention DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE ! Anyway I bought the Gold One starter kit and yes I paid too much but again I was looking at the monthly savings in the long run. After I charged the battery for 8 hours I put a on new cart and fired the thing up for the first time, worked great, lots of vapor but…DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE ! After about the equivalent of 4 analogs POOF no more vapor ! I applied 3 drops of juice to the cart and had vapor again, for about 10 to 15 hits ..then it was gone. I returned to the mall the next morning and told the sales guy what was happening and he looked at it and said that the atomizer was the incorrect one for that model and that they had shipped it wrong to him !!! He gladly replaced my whole battery and sent me on my way !!DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE ! After another 8 hour wait for the new battery charge I put a new cart on and had vapor again !! for about the equivalent of 4 to 5 analogs.. far from the advertized one and a half packs per cart.. but I had my juice so 3 more drops and I had vapor again. At this rate I seriously doubt that the 10ml bottle of juice will last more than 2 weeks …DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE ! OK, newly charged battery, 4 to 5 equiv. smoked and off to bed. The battery sat unused thru the night and the next morning I picked it up and it worked fine, good vapor etc.. for about 2 or 3 analogs worth, then the battery died. DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE ! I put the battery in the charger and it took 3.5 hours to recharge. Once it was charged I screwed the cart back on which had about 4 to 5 analogs worth on it and hit it maybe 15 to 20 times and POOF no more vapor !! DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE ! I’m sitting here writing this review with a analog burning in the ashtray because I don’t have time or patience for inferior products like Smoking Everywhere
    BOTTOM LINE… DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE !

    Are you ready to be ripped off? Then this is the e-cig for you! I made the mistake of buying the last model of this e-cig for a relative. When the atomizer finally went out, I generously ordered another one only to find out that this company had produced a new model, discontinued the last model, and no longer sold replacement parts for the previous model. What is the difference between the atomizer in the new and old models you ask? The size of the threading to screw it in … what a way to bolster profits; conveniently make customers re-buy the whole thing rather than the advertised replacement parts.

    Don’t get scammed by these people, there are cheaper, better, more efficient e-cigs out there from more ethical companies.

    the ONLY good thing about this purchase was the nice people who sold it to me(nice and fake). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Horrible product, batteries go bad easily and my warranty was only for 60 days. i blame myself for trusting a company with a horrible warranty on such an expensive product ($150) Cartridges never last, especially not a packs worth. i will now be heading to the mall to pick up my 5th, yes 5th replacement battery and ive already been through 1 month of my 2 month warranty.

    Sold faulty batteries, filters overpriced, 1000% mark-up. Much of the same complaints already listed. Ripped off and bitter about it.

    This was the second company I bought from. The vapor really irritated my throat, and the nicotine would leak out whenever I would take a draw. The company keeps coming out with new models so it’s hard to know what cartridge to get and such. Didn’t have trouble with anything, except this is one of the companies that still uses a 3 piece system. This company is definetely better than the Smoke Stik, but still doesn’t compare to the ones at the top of the list.

    Didn’t have them very long when the atomizer stopped working. Didn’t matter whether I changed the filter or charged the battery, they were horrible. Trying to drag on the filter at times I thought I’d pass out. Also, the filters DID NOT last as long as a pack of cigarettes; maybe 2 or 3 cigs at the most. Very much the same complaints as Loren had. Tried to call them to replace the atomizer and was told that the company was in the midst of a change-over to a new company and they were not able to look up my purchase to verify my warranty. I called multiple times and couldn’t get anywhere with them. Just like Loren said, “money down the drain.” They really don’t deserve to be on this list at all! Want to try another but am really skeptical on which one!

    I was very excited to try this e-cigarette (I saw it in the mall) because I want to get away from cigarettes. What a disappointment. No throat hit, the taste was too sweet, and I went through WAY too many cartridges for this to be a cost-effective replacement. Although Smoking Everywhere states that one cartridge is equivalent to one pack of cigarettes, this is not the case at all (puff-wise).

    Although I felt something similar to a smoking sensation upon exhaling, I didn’t feel anything close to that upon inhaling. I practically hyperventilated when trying to get a drag. As well, every time I changed the cartridge, the nicotine liquid spilled (another reason it’s not equivalent to a pack of cigarettes).

    Inferior product, and I went back to smoking cigarettes. I’m glad to see (by the ratings) that this product ranked the lowest out of the 25 brands reviewed. It deserves this rating.

    BTW – when I bought mine, there was no warranty, nor was there a refund policy. Money down the drain.

    Got a warranty and the person gave me old batteries they were not wrapped up. Got home and the batteries would not work in the charger took them back and was told these are not our batteries. If I have a warranty why would I lie????? At forty dollars apiece I don’t think I would go looking for any old batteries that don’t work. Sorry Hans I have to go to the bbb. It’s not your fault but I really don’t think you know what your kiosk workers are doing to rip off the paying people.
    People go to another company I had my grandkids with me and I couldn’t cause a scene.

    I have been back to exchange this product three times in the 5 weeks I have had it. First they replaced the atomizer. That didn’t help, so they exchanged for a new one. That battery went out, so now I have a third one. Not only that, they were out of brand new ones, so they gave me a demo and I have to go back yet again to get a new one when they arrive. When it works, it is great, but as you can see, it works less often then not. Very helpful customer service though. Fortunately I bought it at a local mall.

    Have returned mine twice, 1st one quit working after 5 days, 2nd one after 7 days. Store that I bought it from now refusing to refund or replace, they say return to EC Distribution, call EC they give the run around.

    Not happy with this product at ALL!!! The antomizor that is attached to these have only one hole and causes severe drawing problems. I nearly drawed myself to death. I thought at first it was the replacement cartrage but when I went to one of your distrubators in the mall the other day I was informed that it needed to have TWO HOLES. I tried one of these and was very satisfied. You people have RIPPED OFF so many comsummers there is no way you could count them.

    It was so hard to draw on this product that it made my throat sore just from trying to draw on it. I went to a different product and felt that I wasted my $$ on this one. Bought it at a mall kiosk.

    bought at kiosk in southridge mall mil,wi. i was told there was a 1 year guarantee. after one week i nneded to replace them. they gave me used ones!!! these then as well failed, when i tried to replace, i was asked if i was going to buy anything else. well stupid me decided to try a new set, which then gave the salesboy the satisfaction to replace the originals. well not long after. the new ones and replacements failed. i tried to return them only to be told there were no replacements! custom problems i was told, unless i wanted to buy another new set for another 125 dollars. i was ripped off. they are rude, devious greedy people and charmas a witch. also they came out with a new thing called nu-gen which was the 2nd set i bought and got nothing but empty promises and lies. i then found v2 cigs and so far they are everything id expect from a decent company. dont buy smoking everywher!!!! you r throwing your $ away!!!

    ok, so maybe i’ll not be agreeig with my own review after this, but for now, i’m happy. firstly, i am dealing with a kiosk, which hopefully won’t close up shop…they happen to be at union station in dc where desperate smokers are very likely to be. so, i hope they’re there to stay, at least until my one-year warranty runs out. the first time i got a disposable. 25 bucks. it was wonderful…they said it would last 3 packs though, and that was bullshit. so, i smoked 25$ in one night. that sucked. then the girl at the kiosk said 150 for the kit (with one ciggarette). my husband got everything (2 cigarettes, a lot of free filters) for 100 with taxes. but, this time around, i feel this loud windy noise when i inhale that is only recified when i close my fingers around the part where filter meets battery (not an issue i had the first time around with the disposable). but i will say, it tastes good (reg flavor, has a sweet sort of taste to it), i feel like i got a good deal and the ‘throat hit’ is good enough so i don’t have to feen (sp?) for the real ciggies. if this bad boy lasts, i’ll be happy. if not, i’ll prob get the green one since it has better reviews…but it’ll be ok for a year IF the kiosk stays around. as long as i have an inhalable alternative to the real thing, i might not quit (right away) but i won’t smoke as much (which is the point, that or quitting, right?). i am smoking it now and the loud noise and effort to inhale is irritating, but no more so than knowing i just smoked ANOTHER ciggie…ok, i just changed ciggies (i have 2 batteries as i mentioned), and aside from liquid nicotine getting all over my hands, i’m better…this one doesnt make noise, thx god..ok, no wait, less throat hit, some noise, but less noise than before. it’s all good, i’ll see them tomorrow at union station. or else.

    At first I thought it was a great deal. However, the shipping costs are high, replacement filter costs are high and every order I have submitted has been screwed up. I will say that the company has done there best to make it right, but for the issues with the cigarette…I am here to find a better overall product and service.

    too bad to rate, I was out of town, did not take enough filters/automiz., bought disposable to get home. Supposed to last 3 packs, lasted 3 draws. Id their a customer service, the mall even said product so bad they are no longer carrrying them, exchanged for me but not refunded, of yea, got last one. something should be done. The cost for the dis. would have covered at least one-half of complete kit.

    The company that runs Smoking Everywhere is EC Distribution. Since thier is so much bad reviews about Smoking Everywhere they have changed thier product to Smoke 51, I guess this just another way to try and scam people. Don’d buy anything that the EC Distribution Company runs, they just keep changing the name of the product, but it is the same crap different box.

    Even though sometimes the products have faults, the kiosk i purchased my Gold Kit from told me from the very start; Any problems there is a 2 year warranty. So, anything (no matter what it is, or how many times) will be replaced free of charge. That is why the prices are higher than online. When my battery went out the 1st month i owned my kit, i was upset but nonetheless wanted to see if they would honor the warranty.And YES they did. Sure its frustrating but so is anything electronic. Its not like when you go buy a DVD player and no matter what when you open it if it doesnt work your screwed. at least these guys take care of all their customers. I cant vouch for how online orders and customer service are, but the mall kiosk i bought it from gets a 100% on customer service. I RECCOMEND THIS!

    You are signed up for a monthly club plan before you know it. It is almost impossible to get any satisfaction from customer service. I ended up canceling my credit card to get the monthly club stopped.

    The Smoke Anywhere E-Cig was a nightmare from the start. The first one I bought did not work straight out of the package! As this was my first try at vaping I thought maybe it’s normal for the atomizer to feel really hot and maybe the vapor is invisible. I wondered how my lugs could be so weak because drawing in vapor painfully hard. My lips and mouth hurt from sucking.
    When i realized this is not how an e-cig experience should be, I started trying to get ahold of a real person. Customer service acted like I was crazy for having problems every time I called-and finally said I had a lifetime replacement warranty so the company would send me a new atomizer -if I was sure that was the problem- for ONLY 15 dollars plus shipping. I finally got the store to exchange it.
    The second e-cig I received works for under 1 minute at a time and constantly needs charging and tons of cartridge changes. I can’t even “smoke” it enough to cut back. Still painfully hard to get a good hit. Extremely unenjoyable.

    Took them 2 months to ship, had to call them to get it shipped so took 3 months to get it.
    The battery doesn’t last through 2 smokes, then they started sending me refills that I didn’t order or sign up for.
    Bottom line THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!

    My parents bought my Smoking Everywhere eCigarette at a Kiosk at the local mall with the biggest pack available (the gold package)as my birthday present. The batteries would not keep a charge at all, so when I went to exchange the entire kit (my father had already gone 3 times by this point) for a new one that had not been piecemealed together, the guy at the kiosk informed me that he could not do that because they can’t get any more product from the company because they have gone out of business. My parents were scammed in excess of $300 dollars for this kit and it didn’t last/work beyond the first week. You only get the vapor/smoke effect for the first few puffs, the batteries do not keep a charge, the “filter” catridges leak. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

    This was my 1st ecig. Just as a few of the other readers mentioned, they saw a kiosk in the mall and decided to try it out. Since I didnt have a basis for comparison, I initially thought it was great. But within 3 months I had to replace 3 atomizers. From my readings, an atomizer should last a very long time. The amount of vapor was poor, and the cartridges frequently leak. I would steer clear of this one. Later I got a vapor king, and then a vapor king screwdriver and have been 200% more pleased.

    I purchased the starter kit and extra cartridges. The bill came to about $189.00. Although I like the flavor of the e-cigarette, the vapor production is non-existent after the first few puffs. Definitely not the cigarette to buy if you want the simulation of smoke! Am very disappointed in this product.

    I get good vapor, and it’s easy to draw on, even with my old fucked up lungs, but it tastes like a bum’s cock. seriously. If cigarettes actually tasted like that I’d have quit already.. not to mention if you draw too hard you get a mouthful of nasty juice, and the cartridges are not sealed, so get some rubber gloves…

    Don’t know about the online, phone, mail orders as I did get mine at a mall kiosk and the sales person/persons were both very nice and helpful as I had been back to get more medium cartriges after a couple of weeks. Wish it would draw a little better and all but overall has help the nick-fits subside. I would like to get some more substancial health information on it as somebody told me there was also further health risk associated with them.

    bought this based on reccommendation…..everythnig about this product is very poor…..very little vapor, taste, and strength…cartridges do not last long at all…..almost have to hyperventilate to draw on them…battery life poor….I live 20 minuntes from their headquarters and went directly to them…customer service was polite, but tried to get me into a more expensive model which was even worse…did some research and bought premium e cigarette and very please with this product…also found it strange that they have a police officer that sits in their lobby…tells me they have lots of dissatisfied customers who at times get unruly…do not buy this product.

    This is a nice kit and it looks great, But- Is a huge rip off!
    My Mother and I both got this product. At first we wee really happy with it for about 3 days. I is the first on we have tried so we didn’t know any better. The vapor production is very low. The battery life is very short and the cartridges don’ t last a third of the time they say. That was the first week before the thing stopped working- hardly any vapor. My Mother has tried to contact them and can not get a response at all. We are very disappointed to say the least. We both love the concept so we are looking for a better one. There are many good review sites out there so for your your own good do your research. Good luck and do not buy Smoking Everywhere!

    FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!
    I placed my orignial order and then a second order a month later. Both times I used seperate creditcards I have not used in over a year. After both orders my credit cards were used fraudulently with FedEX. They stole my info and tried to set-up an account with FedEx. Thanks to FedEx calling me I was able to close both cards before they were able to make serious charges.

    This company is a complete scam and should be put out of business. I was charged $99.42 for a product that I was suppose to get within 14 days and also charged shipping of 9.95. I didn’t even receive the product until 40 days later at which time I returned it and was told I was past the trial period to get my money back. In the meantime, I was sent cartridges and my bank account was charged $17.84 twice! I returned to sender but have not received a credit. I have sent this company letters and spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this to no avail. They keep giving me bullshit excuses. I even had my tracking number that they requested I have before they would refund me and when I gave it to them, they were quite surprised that I had it. I have been totally taken in the amount of $142.00 and don’t even have a single product to show for it. This company is evil and crooked. DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

    Smoking Everywhere is a total scam. I placed an order on 9/23/09. On October 2, I called to cancel my order, because I new that it would not arrived within the 14 day, period. The order arrived at the post office Oct. 5, 2009. I refused the package. They sent out another package on 12/3/2009, I also refused that package. They wrote me a letter saying, they never received the package back within the 14 days, they have no record of me calling to cancel. They have charged $49.99 and $99.99 on my credit card. They will not refund me or send back the merchandise which I have already paid for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO.

    My husband picked 2 up at the mall he works at. When I first tried it, I hated it. I was upset because he told me it tasted and felt like smoking a cigarette. I did not find this to be the case. But I promised him I’d give them a chance because he was dead set against buying anymore cigarettes. I charged the battery, I tried a new filter with it, and I was drawing better drags, producing more vapor and I could feel it in my lungs. It took a couple days but I got used to it. I like being able to “smoke” and not smell like an ashtray. I have nothing bad to say about it except that I think some of the chargers don’t work. The batteries, when charged work fine and last a full day for me. What I have a problem with is finding the right usb port to plug the charger into so that it will charge the battery. I didn’t deal with ordering the product online or over the phone but in my experience, anytime you order something online or over the phone there is always something to dispute because somewhere along the way no one took the time to really read through the fine print. Personally, I like my Smoking Everywhere e-cig. I haven’t tried any others.

    What a rip off! Tried it, made me sick. Wrote a letter to cancel. Didn’t ask for refund. They sent me more cartridges. Waited one hour fifteen minutes to talk to someone, said they’d call me the next day. They did, I asked to be removed from their program. I keep getting billed each month and can’t seem to stop them. It is a rip off. I’m trying again today to stop them. Guess I’ll have to pay $20 to have my credit card to stop paying them. Don’t get involved with these people.

    Upon receiving my ecig, I returned it within 7 days (I paid the return postage). With no response, I emailed them and was told I did not “qualify” for the 30 DAY MOHEY BACK GUARANTEE that they advertise on their website. They said that I did not “request” the guarantee, therefore I will not get one. Their customer service is the worst company that I have dealt with.     Haven’t been able to try it as when it came it didn’t work. Called them and they said the atomizer must be defective. They told me to send back atomizer and they would send another one. Also, had to pay $8.95 shipping for them to send new one. It has been a month and still have not received the new one but my credit card has been charged the $8.95. After numerous phone calls and unanswered emails, finally got ahold of customer service again today. Same answer, they will be emailing me within 48 hours. What a joke this company is. I would certainly like to see them get reported to the Better Business Bureau. California company though and even if reported, that would take about two years for any action from the State.

    Same here – complete scam. Been charged 49.99, 17.84 & 17.84 the last 3 months. This has been my 2nd phone call and now there is no record of the 1st call which I cancelled the refil program. I was just given a case number and told an account manager will contact me in 24-48 hours. I contacted my bank and the only way to stop is to cancel my debit card and get new. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    @Robert Atkinson This is exactly what happend to me. Had delivery confirmation that they had eceived the returned product. A month later I am billed $99.02, can’t find my delivery confirmation, so my credit card will not do anything to help me. I plan to report them to our State Attorney General for investigation. If a class action suit is brought, count me in!

    NOT waste your time. I ordered the unit Sept of 09, I told them that I did not want auto mailings for replacements. But they sent them anyhow. I called and talked to a service rep, who of course apoligized for the issue. I told them DO NOT send me any more refills I would call them when I wanted more. I thought I got the problem taken care of “NO”. Dec of 09 I told them to cancel my info do not send anything more. I finally had to go to the bank and put a freeze on them so they can’t draw anything out of my account. I even talked to a “so called” Supervisor to get the problem resolved. No matter what you say to these people you might as well talk to a wall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time with these idiots.

    I bought this product from the local mall,.. in which I am glad I did. In doing so I got a one year warranty and it was 40$ cheaper there. They do however reduce the amount of cartridges you get however, they are refillable with the liquid drops. Luckily there are 4 different vendors around my house to compete for business if I have an issue. I would not recommend ordering this online. The cost at the local mall will save you enough to equal even that of cheaper starter packs on the net saving you shipping. From the reviews on here I am glad in my case there is a middle man, because he wants my business even if the corporate line does not.

    Ive had some leak issues when opening a new cartridge but as with any e-cig, would advise to wipe before use. Reusing with new drops I’ve had no leaks. I have had the product for a week now and my craving for regular tobacco is greatly down. This is my first e-cig so I am not sure where my review measures up, but buy from a mall NOT online.

    I received the free trial offer with only shipping and handling of 9.95 then I was sent 2 more packs of filters which I did not order and was billed via my credit card with 17.84 each. I could not reach these people by phone or e-mail to cancel any contract they thought I had entered into. I even tried to get my bank to stop the transactions but short of closing my account entirely, they could not help me. Please do not accept any free trial offers with these people and by the way the product is a joke.

    Save your $. We had purchased this for $200.00 at the Mall of America because we have never seen anything like it before and thought it would be pretty effective. It is more of a novelty because it is somewhat heavy and clumbsy and your non-smoking friends think its “kool.”
    This is what makes me sick. Yesterday we walked into a disconted smoke shop and the whole system was for sale for $60 all day long with the refills available. No middle man to deal with. No mail to deal with. No one to trust with your credit etc. Man, do we feel dumb. Never guess where we are visiting this week-end….. No really, The cig works, as long as you smoke it as long as you would smoke a regular cig. I would keep it if I got it for $60 from that smoke store.

    I ordered the starter kit also and after calling and complaining for
    about 3 months, I finally received a box of cartridges. My account was
    billed $99.02, $9.95, and $17.84 from this company. I have never
    received the E-cig. When I call, they told me they would look into
    the problem and get back to me within 24 hours. They have never gotten back to me, and hang up on me when I call. This company is nothing but liars and crooks. We should get together and do a class action suit against them. I have since canceled my credit card so they cannot
    make any more charges on it.

    Bought this at a mall in upstate NY. Returned it a week later as the battery wouldn’t hold charge. The woman was extremely nice & immediately gave me a new battery. She did say each cartridge would last 3 – 5 days but that isn’t the case. Each cartridge lasts MAYBE 2 days at the most – even when I add the drops to them – they don’t work right. Returned them AGAIN & the same woman was very pleasant & gave me a whole new e-cig. I’m still not pleased with this, tho, & wished I’d bought another brand. With only 5 cartridges in a box, & each box costs $10, & the box lasts about 6 – 10 days, it’s not economical. I did call customer service & the person I talked to was not pleasant. There’s gotta be a better brand out there with decent customer service reps.

    WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM “SMOKING EVERYWHERE” – My credit card is presently disputing this sham of a company. The product was mailed out a month after I ordered it and arrived while I was on vacation. By the time I received it the 14 day trial was over. I tried the e-cig and found the taste foul — nothing like any cigarette I ever smoked. Then to my surprise I received more cartridges that I was never aware that I “ordered.” By this time my CC charges were up to $150. When I called “Customer Service” to inquire and dispute the charges, I was hung up on. I immediately called them back and canceled any further cartridge orders (that was 2 weeks ago), but I still received another order this week. I have returned everything and filed a dispute of charges due to poor quality and service through my CC company. I don’t understand how this company can stay in business with their sleezy practices. I wish I had a bigger forum to warn others of this expensive scheme. I’ll just go back to smoking regular cigs — life was so much simpler before I fell into the “Smoking Everywhere” trap! If anyone knows of a lawyer who would like to take up a class action suit against SMOKING EVERYWHERE, I would love to be a part of it. I have a lot of time and I abhor companies who make money by “smoking” others.

    I tried the smoking everywhere E-cig and all I can say id DON’T BUY IT! I have owned it for about a month and have had to change the atomizer 3 times. The vapor production for this E-cig is terrible. I was so disappointed with this product that I bought the E-cig Inc Duo Pro and I love it. As far as the Smoking Everywhere the only thing I gave them 3 stars for was shipping and that’s because I don’t how long it takes them to ship, I bought mine in the Sawgrass Mills Mall

    I would not even rate the customer service one star. They receive zero. We received a damaged product. BEWARE of the money back guarantee. If you receive the product and open the package, the guarantee is void. If the product shipped is defective or damaged, they will NOT refund money, they will replace the unit if they determine the damage is not repairable upon their receipt. For their review of the product damage, you are assessed a shipping fee of $8.95. In addition, they do not disclose they are keeping your credit card information on file, yet they do that very thing as confirmed by a sales manager within the company on a follow up call. Very disappointing experience.

    I ordered the trial and unless I’d called and bitched that I never got it, I don’t think they would have ever sent it. It wasn’t till they called me back because of a charge back that they finally sent it out. They claim there was a problem with processing. This was the 4th time I complained that I didn’t get it!!     I did not order smoking everywhere. I ordered a free trial which I never received. Then my bank account got charged $99.02. I called the company and finally after a very long argument they put the money back into my account. Then they sent the product. I returned the product and thought all was well when bam! they took $99.02 out of my account again (right here at Christmas time). Then I received a pack of refils and was charged for that two bank charges also because I did not have any money in the accountat the end of Nov.. I returned the refils and called them again. They returned the $18.00 for the refils, but still have not returned the $99.02 ( the second one) to my account. I have called them every day to no avail. Their customer service tells me they have no supervisor for me to talk to in any department. This must be a very easy job with no supervisors. I am disabled on a fixed income, with the bank charges and all they have hurt my Christmas. I hope One of their nonexistant supervisors or managers will contact me and help get this all straightened. If not maybe this can be a warning to you they will not return any money they get so be very sure when you do business with them, any reputable firm would return a mistake or at least let you talk to a manager.

    COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. Product never worked, and refused to refund money. Sent in ecigarette for exchange, and they never sent me the product.     WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
    I purchased Smoking everywhere’s product, it was delivered fine. I tried the product and paid for it, and was not pleased with it at all. Well, I thought that would be the end of it. About a month later I noticed a $49.99 charge on my credit card from the same company. I called and spoke to a customer Rep. there and asked why my card was charged. I was informed it was for their “refill subscription program”, which I was never aware of. At that time I asked that my card be removed from their “refill subscription program”, and the $49.99 charge refunded. I was told that I would have to return thier “refills” first to obtain a refund. I returned the refills over three weeks ago, and have yet to see any refund. Well, last Friday, 12/11/09, their was another $17.99 charge placed on my credit card from this Company again! I called again today, 12/14/09, and spoke with another Customer service Rep (after sitting on hold for well over an hour AGAIN!). I asked why my card is being charged AGAIN, she could not explain what the charge was for. AGAIN, I asked that my card be taken off their files. I again asked that my card be refunded for both the $49.99 as well as the $17.99. I also asked about my last refund, I had sent their refills back over three weeks ago. The Rep could not give me any details about that refund, and again they assured my that my card will be taken off file and the new $17.99 charge would be refunded. I have not recieved any emails or call back from anyone their, as promised. I simply want my money back for the refills I sent back as well as this additional $17.99 charge which no one can explain to me what it is for.

    Buyer beware!!!!!!! These guys are a rip off!! Got my “Free” trial and tried to get a return merchandise number from them as stated from their terms. They would not give me one even though I requested one two times within the 14 day trial. Then as the time ran out they hit me with the full 99.02 plus 9.95 shipping. Then after they shipped me the refills to the tune of 45.99. I returned everything with a note stating I wanted a refund and the next thing I know I get another package and bill for 17.84! Called and reported to visa and will cancel my credit card. So in short I’m out $172.80 for nothing!

    ordered the 14 day trial from smokingeverywhere.com it was shipped by them to me on 11/13/09 received it on 11/16/09 did not like it returned it to them on 11/24/2009 they received it back on 11/27/2009.. Charged my debit card the initial $9.95. Then on 12/1/2009 debited my card the $99.02, called finally got to a live rep who assured me the refund with be redeposited in my account in 48-72 hours, Left a message yesterday and today 12/09/09 no return call, and no refund..be careful they count the 14 day trial from the date they ship it not the day that you receive it keep your tracking numbers..

    I have tried several different products and spent up to 2 grand so far and my personal experience whit this product was less than satisfying, I was in Orlando FL and ran out of my favorite ecig cart’s and decided to blow 170.00 on a Smoking Everywhere Gold Mint kit, I got back to the hotel and was ready to enjoy the older 3 pc design and give it a go. Well my first few puffs left me dumbfounded with juice all over my lips, so I messed around and tried different ways of puffing till I got mad and bought a pack of smokes, when I got home I went back to smoking my regular ecig and decided to disassemble the darn things and use them as an example of what not to buy. I’m still mad at myself for spending this kind of money and getting a bunch of liquid all over the place, PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY.

    I wouldn’t recommend these e-cigs. They were the first ones I tried and it was fun at first, but they left a sort of “plastic” taste in my mouth. The atomizer gets dirty and mine went bad within 15 days, making the e-cig taste like “burnt plastic”. As some have mentioned, the cartridges leak, and I had it leak on my lips and inside my mouth. I think the leakage could also have something to do with the atomizer problem, but just a guess. The cartridges appear inconsistent in how much vapor you can get out of them, and don’t last near as long as I was expecting, which didn’t feel like a savings to me. I think that people should look into the two piece e-cigs like Green Smoke, since there is a fresh atomizer in every cartridge. You can click on the link next to my name and read my in depth review of my personal experiences with Green Smoke. The one thing I will say about Smoking Everywhere is that my order arrived days before I expected it. After the problem with the atomizer however, I have not heard back from customer service and it’s been over a week. So with all of that, I would recommend Green Smoke over this brand easily.

    pretty lame product. the sales rep said one cartridge equals 15 cigarettes. really i find it to be more like 3-4 cigarettes. it only really works, a little, when you first put a new cartridge on it. i find that the vapor it produces is pretty thin and you can’t really feel it that much in your lungs when you draw on it. if i knew this product would be so lame- i would have tried another product. i am not rating this product because it doesn’t deserve one star in any of the categories listed.

    I’ve had nothing but problems with this company. I have tried e-cigs before and like them and even tried my friends Smoking Everyone e cig and like the taste……so I ordered the starter kit for myself. It has been a few weeks and I still haven’t received it. Not to mention that my credit card has already been charged. So far I have been quite unimpressed with the customer service too. I am going to stick to my regular brand of e-cig.

    I like the look and feel of this e-cig, not to mention the smooth taste. I’ve been using these to try to quit my tobacco habit and it is working well so far. 3 weeks in and I’m down to smoking about 5 tobacco cigs each day when I used to smoke a pack.

    purchased the Gold kit 2=3 weeks ago–helped the first week then atomizer quit–was given a new one at the mall–just hate that the 5 cartidges only last a couple of days, not weeks–when it works well (new cartidge and newly-charged battery), it is great and controld my need…

    After my so called $9.95 trail kit and a month of not receiving my product, I tried calling the phone number which just hangs up on you, then $99.02 being charged on my bank card, I became livid. I threw such a fit , my bank card being charged I decided to put my bank to work. They did an investigation and through them I got my $9.95 back plus I finally received the Smoking everywhere E-cigarette. I too have to suck so hard to receive the smioke. Are my lungs SO DAMAGED from 38 years of smoking? I don’t know if I want to keep it. How much trouble to even get my money back?

    I rec’d my Smoking Everywhere starter kit. After charging the E-Cig, my cartridges would leak and leaked out of the two air vents. I loved the different varities of cartridges they have. Customer Service has put me on hold and left me there for over 30 minutes at a time. Numerous times I have been hung up on. Their return policy for returning merchandise does not have a way to track your complaints and merchandise. I returned my E-Cig and they now have lost it and have given me 6 differnt stories. I rec’d two cases from them after paying for only one. I returned the extra case because I am a honest person. They now say i am going to have to purchase a new E-Cig and that I am responsable. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reputable company with a great product.

    3 weeks ago, I purchased a $10 disposable at the local mall, at it worked well enough to take the ‘edge’ off my need to smoke. I ordered the Gold kit ( $90 for 1 atomizer, 2 batteries and a charger) from the web site for smoking everywhere.

    One battery wouldn’t hold a charge right out of the box. I called, and they said they would send a new one. They never did. The second battery and the cig worked for just 5 days before it broke. I called and they said to ship it back. I did so 2 weeks ago but haven’t heard anything since. When I call, they make me wait 10 minutes before hanging up on me. I called my credit card company, and they are crediting me for the entire order, including $60 worth of cartridges and the charger, which I still have. If they want to complain, they can call me.

    I went back to the local mall and bought a battery and atomizer for $65. I also purchased 5 bottles to refill the cartridges (2 – 3 cartons each) for $100. I heaven’t smoked a real cigarette since. The unit works well, but I wouldn’t order from this company.

    Smoking Everywhere is the epitome of poor customer service. Sure they’ll take your $$$ but once they get it, forget about getting anyone to help if you have questions or problems. The taste is pretty good but I can’t support a company that treats its customers like that.

    I received this “machine” about a month after ordering it. Before it was shipped, I was called by a rep, who told me that approx $100 would be charged to my card ten or fourteen days (don’t remember) after the item is shipped. I’ve had it now for about a week, but have not decided whether to keep it or not. The problem that I am experiencing, is having to suck in SO hard, in order to get the feeling of something being in my lungs. Is this typical? Is this all there is from this machine? Any comments will be apprecaited… before my time to return passes by.

    I had the same problem. I never got the e-cigarette. But on my credit card, by the 9.95 charge (or 99.00..whatever the case may be) they have a phone number listed. I called to complain that I’d been charged and hadn’t received anything in 2 months. The lady was nice, explained there’d been some problems and promised to send them right out. They got to me a few days (about a week actually) later. It’s definitely worth a phone call. You should totally get your money back for the second one, and get them to send you the first “trial.” (They ARE pretty cool..when they finally arrive!) :) Best of Luck! Jes

    I, took ordered these cigarettes and never received them. However, I called the number that was listed by the 9.95 charge on my credit card and called them. They acknowledged that they had neglected to send them out and promised to immediately. I DID receive them a few days later. (or it, I should say…along with a very nice marketing box it comes in with cartriges, battery charcher, etc). I don’t know if I have a “lemon” of an e-cigarette; I mean it works, but I find I have to really suck hard to get any nicotine. If I don’t, no (smoke) vapor comes out. It’s still really cool though; and a fabulous coversation piece!!!

    I too have ordered a trial kit and was charged on my c-card the 9.95 for shipping. It has been 6 weeks since I placed the order and have not received the kit. I tried calling 1-800-613-0337 number and was on hold for 10 minutes, finally being trans to a rep…..and was hung up on. I have tried calling 6 times this morning and the same thing happens after waiting for a rep. This is a big big farce. I believe I’ve been taken. I am reporting it to the BBB and calling my c-card to cancel the payment.

    I love these cigs. My favorite is the low nicotine cartriges. Vapor
    is plenty and the charges go about an hour and a half after the
    initial charge and I recommend 2 batteries. Good variety of flavors and cigarette colors to choose from. I’m considering the e-cigar from Smoking Everywhere too.

    I ordered 2 free trial kits of the e-cigarette, paying $9.95 for each for shipping and handling. Never received either one of them, but charged the $9.95 for each one. Then to top it off I find that they charged my bank account another $99.02, probably my charge card also( I ordered these orders seperately). Seems crazy to pay this much money and never receive anything. TRY A DIFFERENT ELECTRIC CIGARETTE! There are more out there, and you’ll probably actually receive the product. Don’t be scammed by this company.

    Don’t waste your time with smoking everywhere. I have used Green Smoke for a while now and decided to try the starter kit from smoking everywhere. Lets just say that I won’t be switching brands, at least not to SE.

    I purchased the Smoking Everywhere E-Cig and so far have NOT been happy at all. First off, their customer service sucks. It took almost two weeks for the product to get here. Every time I called them, they were clueless as to where my order was or when it would get here.
    Then, I get the package. I’m like a kid on Christmas. Open it up, unpack it all, and give it a shot. First drag was on a strawberry cartridge. I ended up with a few drops of the nicotine fluid on my lips and tounge. Thinking I did something wrong, I remove that cartridge and replace it with a tobacco flavored one, just to end up with the juice on my lips again. Throw that one out, try a third. Taking puffs on it while I’m at work, I still end up with the juice coming out the end of the cartridge, and it only lasts me about 8 hours, I’m guessing due to all the juice coming out the end.
    I call the company only to be told it could be a defective cartridge, not when its happened with 4 different cartridges. Oh, maybe its battery, did you charge it? Yes till the light was green. Oh no, you have to charge it for 8 hours. Ok. I’ll do that. We’ll see what happens with 8 hours of charge time.
    If that doesn’t work, the only thing I can hope for is a exchange, they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. Be sure this is what you want to buy before you get it.
    I will say, I went 8 hours at work without a real cig, just using the e-cig(I had to get my nicotine somehow) and I was happy when it did work and didn’t leak juice, never got that “need to have a cig” feeling.

    My last name says it all……….I smoke and I have for years! I have tried to quit for my kids in the past. I know the smoke bothers them and is bad for them too.     A guy came to look at a car I had for sale-I had smoked in it not thinking I would ever have to sell the car. He took one breath inside the car and left. I have learned my lesson and in the new car I only smoke Smoking Everywhere cigarettes so that I won’t stink up my new car with the smell of cigarette smoke.

    Nothing calms my nerves better than a nice drag on a cigarette. There were a lot of frazzled smokers running around malls until you geniuses came up with these battery cigarettes. I can actually enjoy shopping with the kids again.

    From where I live to my job is nearly an hour metro ride and I really hate it that I cannot smoke on the train. A friend showed me his Smoking Everywhere cigarettes and now I use them to get to work in a good mood.
