My husband and myself both really want to quit smoking we are both 37 years old actually my birthday is next Saturday on the 29th & our 5th wedding anniversary was just on Saturday the 15th & we never did get a honeymoon & are desperately looking forward to a vacation…. So our romantic spot to vacation while smoking our e cigarettes would be a Cruise. Renee :)

My husband and I have been together for 14 years and married 13 years in December. We have 5 kids ranging in age from 15 years old to 6 years old. We have never had a honeymoon or a night to ourselves away from the kids since we have been together. We are both heavy smokers, we have tried many times in the past to stop smoking cold turkey but failed. We just recently decided to try to stop smoking with Electronic Cigarettes and that’s how we found your web-site. We both want to stop smoking not only for our health but also the health of our children. We have some close friends that are going to babysit our kids while my husband and I go to Red Rock Canyon here in Oklahoma for our very first weekend away alone in 14 years. While the weekend will be filled with happiness and love there may also be a slight bit of confusion because we may not know what to do without all of our kids around. This would also be the perfect opportunity for my hubby and I to appreciate the time alone and it would be that much sweeter if we could do it without the smell of cigarette smoke floating around. Thank you for giving us the chance to be smoke free at last. :D Sarah

My fiance and I have been looking to quit. We decided to wait on marriage until we can both set them down and have been 4 years in the process. I am now pregnant with our second child, and feel now is the time to lay them down. I tried so hard with the first, but never could…I felt like such a bad Mom. Anyways, hoping to get a set of e-cigs so that we can lay them down for good and be a healthy family! :)

A pain in her side sent us to the emergency room. While there, X-rays coincidently & accidently identified a tiny lung cancer in infant stages. Thank God, it has been successfully & totally been removed. The hospital allowed (actually encouraged) us to smoke our electronic cigarettes in the hospital room as Donna recovered from her surgery! We are now happily smoke free without the horrible effects of cold-turkey smoking secession. How much more romantic can it be to save the life of one you love?

I have been having Systemic Lupus Erythematosus for 21 years now and a year ago I was also diagnosed with Restrictive Cardiomyopathy. I smoked on and off for years. E cigs have gotten me off of real tobacco cigarettes completely. Because, let’s face it, I have NO business smoking tobacco cigarettes. Thank you sooo much V2.

My boyfriend and I have been together 8 years, and have known each other for 11, He’s a heavy smoker and I’m much lighter, we usually share a pack unless he’s having a particularly stressful day. I’ve tried to quit a few times in the past but its hard when he goes out to have one. I’ve cut back to just having a few in the evening, but I know we’d both like to completely quit, both for our health and for financial reasons.
Its been a long time since we had a vacation and maybe the money we’d save by not smoking would help us save for a romantic camping trip, we wouldn’t even have to leave the tent with our e cigarettes!

  • Shannon

My fiance and I have been smoking for 20 years each. I actually quit once for 4 years with the help of Chantix.

  • Mary

My husband and I have been together since 7th grade and married for 10 years. I was smoking WAY back then and he hated it, then when he joined the Navy he started smoking too. We’ve quit on and off over the years, but it never seems to work out for some reason or another. He is on a submarine and they recently banned smoking. He still smokes when in port, but during this last deployment I tried out the V2′s and have been able to stay off of analog cigs. I would love to surprise him with his own kit during homecoming instead of a pack of cigarettes! I can just imagine us on the pier smoking our V2′s together!

My husband and I have been together for three and a half years, married for one. We have a beautiful son together and are an extremely happy family. Other than the fact that we can’t quit smoking. He has smoked for over fifteen years and until I met him, I only smoked on occasion. Now, we both go through at least a pack a day, if not more. We hate the smell and are tired of paying exorbitant amounts of money just so we have a nicotine fix. I feel like a terrible mother smoking around my son, he already tries to copy me with sucker sticks. Having this kit would give us soooo much relief. We also got married in a hurry, mostly because we were tired of waiting for things to get into order, and didn’t really get a chance for a real honeymoon. So, I’d make my honey take us somewhere incredibly exotic where we could sit by the ocean with margaritas and our e-cigs all day. :)

  • Mandy Lingle

Hello, Im Mandy and my husband Andy and I have been together for 6 years and married for two. Our first date was at the state fair, and thats also where he proposed to me, on the Ferris Wheel, 3 years later! :) My husband and I smoked when we met each other. He smoked about a pack a day, I smoked a half. We decided to quit and were smoke free for two years, but it was always a struggle! We gave in and it actually took stress off our relationship because we both had been craving them. I would like to smoke our first e-cig on a Ferris Wheel!! I think that would be a great way to begin a happy heathier life!! We’d love the opportunity to give it a shot! Thank you- Andy & Mandy

My Birthday is Oct.1 I will be 43 and wanting to make a change in my life and looking to the future with out cigarettes, My children our 16 and 18 and have asked for years for my wife and I to quit smoking, but with the stress of normal life we keep finding excuses or always start back up. My goal is to live a long life with my wife who I have been married to for going on 20 years and would love to be still around to see my daughter get married, I see a chance with this becoming real with E-cigs and this might be away to change my life for the better.

I desperately want to stop smoking, I have tried in the past but found the irritating withdrawal symptoms unbearable. I have smoked for 35years now and after a blood pressure scare, I have lost 3stone in weight with one more to go, and now its time to quit smoking too, then I can come off the tablet I have to take.
My partner and I have been together for 12 years, she smokes in the evening only because I do, she has asthma its not good,so 2012 is going to be a healthy year and the start of new things.I just know the ecig will help us quit, and give a healthy alternative to smoking tobacco.
Plus friends, family, pets would not have to inhale 2nd hand smoke.
The place I would like to use our ecigs would be the bedroom, I have never ever smoked in the bedroom.

  • Sharon Dossey

Excited to see the new products. Quitting smoking is a top priority. Hopefully the e-cigarette will help succeed. Hope to win.

  • Henry Teeters

My wife and I have known each other twelve years the whole time I’ve been a pack a day plus and she a half pack a day she recently quit cold turkey and I’ve tried to slow down… In preparation for traveling for our anniversary as the last time we tried to travel was very stressfull for us both between long flights/ delays and nonsmoking accommodations. I think this would be a wonderful help in both our struggle to be smoke free and stress free when we celebrate our lives together

  • Debbie Gardner

My fiance, Michael, and I are very anxious to quit smoking. He just turned 47 in September and I just turned 46 in August. It was such a powerful connection we made, after a few months of shy longing, that we are convinced that we are soulmates. In the first few months we were so overwhelmed with love that we were sick to our stomachs and couldn’t eat much! It was a little embarassing at our ages to be lovesick! It’s so sad that we didn’t meet earlier in our lives. Michael had hoped to have at least one child but his work got in the way dating and I was trapped in relationships that were bad dreams instead of love. Unfortunately, it’s too late for me to give him a child, but we figure we’re too old & crabby now to handle kids – oh well. We sometimes think each other’s thoughts at exactly the same moment! It’s the most uncanny thing, honestly! We made an official committment to each other, before God alone that winter in front of an icy waterfall at one of our favorite state parks. He calls me his wife and I call him my husband even though we aren’t legally married. I suppose you could call me his common law wife.
Regrettably, we have both been smokers since our early teens. The truth is we are DESPERATE TO QUIT these awful cigarettes. There are so many reasons we need to quit. We have lost 2 family members to ciggarette caused diseases. One of them was my father. I watched the man die before my eyes. The insidious nature of the tobacco addiction is plain to see in that we both still smoke despite what happened to my Dad! Ciggarettes are worse than heroin! Mike has very high cholesterol and blood pressure spikes. I have diabetes and the beginnings of COPD. I have no delusions that these evil things will kill me if I fail to stop very soon. We figured out that at a pack a day each, we are spending over $480 per month! If I could save even half of that money per month we could at least have a nice, intimate, family wedding in a couple more years.
But the strongest reason to put out the butts, is that we both hope to live longer and enjoy the time we have left together, on this amazing blue planet. We have been together for 9 years and have been unable to have an ‘earthly’ wedding due to financial reasons. We both dream of having a nice ceremony & reception since it would be his first wedding. Also, I never had a traditional wedding, with the gorgeous dress, a real church and a dancehall reception. Every girl should have a beautuful wedding with an honestly fun reception. At least once in her life. Isn’t true love worth the grand party and all?
So my idea of the most romantic place to relax & enjoy our e cigarettes after all our wedding excitement, would be at Gillette’s Castle, East Haddam, CT overlooking the Connecticut River with all the leaves in their glorious Fall colors, perhaps after our wedding pictures are taken. Truly a fitting wedding for a couple in the Autumn of their years. (I wouldn’t have to worry about burning my gown by accident, either – now there’s a big plus! And another reason I’m disgusted with tobacco ciggs – so many ruined clothes, furniture, etc., sigh…..) Anyway, we hope to have a Scottish themed wedding, as he is a member of the MacLachlan family (clan). He would look amazing in his clan kilt! A bonnie prince, a castle, a horse drawn carriage ride heading to the reception hall afterward, … I can’t think of anything more romantic! And we can dance all night and not have to go outside the hall, just to have a smoke when we sit down and sip our drinks. I’m sure we could live to see that happen if we keep our health. And your e-ciggarettes would surely help us make it to our wedding day. That would be the happiest day of my life.

my wife and I have been together for 8 years and married for 5 this coming Saturday (10/13) we have both smoked since before we even met I have spent my entire life watching my grandmother smoke her life away and finally pass away from smoking caused illnesses 2 years ago. my wife and I have finally decided it was time for us to lay down the cigarettes so our 2 little girls dont have to witness what I did through out my entire life. we plan on using the extra money we save from not smoking to pay for the honeymoon we could not afford. and with the V2 ecig we will be able to afford and enjoy the Honeymoon my wife so richly deserves. Thank you very much Dean

  • Brandy and joe

We have been together 10 years. We need to quit smoking real cigs because we have a son and we hate going outside all winter to smoke. The most romantic place we use ecigs? On the beach in Hawaii during our next vacay.

  • Rhonda

Chris and I both want to quit smoking. We lik to spend an evening in a cozy restaurant once a week, but hate having to go outside in the cold/ba weather just to smke after a wonderful meal. We both have decided to try e-cigs.

my husband and i have been smokers for over 35 years, (cough), (cough), this has been a very large part of our lives.. i have recently used the disposable type e cigs from convienence stores and have been using them for 4 months hurray for me but he still hasnt taken the leap . he just thinks they taste terrible, so i would love to surprise hime with a top brand to show him he can do it! and we can live out our happily ever after dream, not a life of chocking and gagging from all the health probems we have now from cigarettes and not to worry about it being cancer on the next trip to the dr… if he could do this with me i would take him on a mountain retreet…if we could just win this it would help save our lives!

  • Peggy

Hello! My name is Peggy and my husbands name is Greg! We have been together for nine years now, married for one! We were both smokers when we met and have tried a few times to gradually cut back and quit with no results! We constantly talk about trying again to quit and that is how I found your website, looking for a new way to try. I would love if we would be able to quit as we are newly married, just got a new house and money is somewhat of an issue! People always say the first year is the hardest, they weren’t kidding! Also we are trying to start a family and I would love to be smoke free before we get pregnant! We never really did get to go on a romantic honeymoon, once again because of money, so I would love to smoke the e-cigs at a tropical getaway like Jamaca or fun filled adventure out west like colorado or wyoming since we both LOVE the outdoors! thanks for giving us a shot at being smoke free and healthier! Peggy

  • Winter Kipker

My husband and I have been together for 12 years, married for 6, and have both been smokers the entire time. Recently our oldest child (Tallon, 6) came up to me and said “Mommy, I don’t want you to smoke anymore. It is very bad for you. Please quit?” Since then, my husband, Josh, and I have tried everything. We’ve tried the gum, the patches, Chantix, and cold turkey. Nothing has worked for us. We will FINALLY be going on our belated honeymoon (6 years late!) on a 311 cruise to the Bahamas, and I think it would be the perfect place, and time, to enjoy our new adventure with the electronic cigarette. We could even use them in our Honeymoon Suite, even though the entire ship, other than the decks, are smoke-free!! Please help make our, and our son’s, dream come true!! <3 <3 <3
