
Smoking Everywhere brand electronic cigarettes I first came across when visiting my local mall. It seemed funny to see a man smoking in a mall when I suddenly realized, “That’s not a real cigarette! It’s an electric cigarette which of course can be smoked anywhere!”.
Their price is a bit higher than most but their vaporizer (atomizer) is said to be a bit more advanced than the rest. Developed by the Chinese with a multitude of flavors, Smoking everywhere brand e-cigs are an excellent choice and are the first e-cig I’ve found to be available locally.

Dont do business with these people!they sold me a piece of junk that didn’t work and I have been trying to get my money back since October of 09..I am filing a complaint with consumer affairs and will be taking legal action against them.
Don’t know about the online, phone, mail orders as I did get mine at a mall kiosk and the sales person/persons were both very nice and helpful as I had been back to get more medium cartriges after a couple of weeks. Wish it would draw a little better and all but overall has help the nick-fits subside. I would like to get some more substancial health information on it as somebody told me there was also further health risk associated with them.

bought this based on reccommendation…..everythnig about this product is very poor…..very little vapor, taste, and strength…cartridges do not last long at all…..almost have to hyperventilate to draw on them…battery life poor….I live 20 minuntes from their headquarters and went directly to them…customer service was polite, but tried to get me into a more expensive model which was even worse…did some research and bought premium e cigarette and very please with this product…also found it strange that they have a police officer that sits in their lobby…tells me they have lots of dissatisfied customers who at times get unruly…do not buy this product.

This is a nice kit and it looks great, But- Is a huge rip off!
My Mother and I both got this product. At first we wee really happy with it for about 3 days. I is the first on we have tried so we didn’t know any better. The vapor production is very low. The battery life is very short and the cartridges don’ t last a third of the time they say. That was the first week before the thing stopped working- hardly any vapor. My Mother has tried to contact them and can not get a response at all. We are very disappointed to say the least. We both love the concept so we are looking for a better one. There are many good review sites out there so for your your own good do your research. Good luck and do not buy Smoking Everywhere!
Was coaxed into buying product-told seven day free trail but when I went to return product after two days, merchant refused. DO NOT BUY!!

I placed my orignial order and then a second order a month later. Both times I used seperate creditcards I have not used in over a year. After both orders my credit cards were used fraudulently with FedEX. They stole my info and tried to set-up an account with FedEx. Thanks to FedEx calling me I was able to close both cards before they were able to make serious charges.

This company is a complete scam and should be put out of business. I was charged $99.42 for a product that I was suppose to get within 14 days and also charged shipping of 9.95. I didn’t even receive the product until 40 days later at which time I returned it and was told I was past the trial period to get my money back. In the meantime, I was sent cartridges and my bank account was charged $17.84 twice! I returned to sender but have not received a credit. I have sent this company letters and spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this to no avail. They keep giving me bullshit excuses. I even had my tracking number that they requested I have before they would refund me and when I gave it to them, they were quite surprised that I had it. I have been totally taken in the amount of $142.00 and don’t even have a single product to show for it. This company is evil and crooked. DO NOT BUY FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

Smoking Everywhere will not return my money either. They Scammed me out of $149.99, I filed a complaint with BBB today.
Smoking Everywhere is a total scam. I placed an order on 9/23/09. On October 2, I called to cancel my order, because I new that it would not arrived within the 14 day, period. The order arrived at the post office Oct. 5, 2009. I refused the package. They sent out another package on 12/3/2009, I also refused that package. They wrote me a letter saying, they never received the package back within the 14 days, they have no record of me calling to cancel. They have charged $49.99 and $99.99 on my credit card. They will not refund me or send back the merchandise which I have already paid for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO.
Junk can’t keep one working long enough to make the switch! Big loss of money……can’t understand the fast talkers
Product didn’t work when I got it. Complete rip-off. I also have confirmation of delivery back to them and they claim they didn’t receive it. Customer service is a joke. Stay away.

My husband picked 2 up at the mall he works at. When I first tried it, I hated it. I was upset because he told me it tasted and felt like smoking a cigarette. I did not find this to be the case. But I promised him I’d give them a chance because he was dead set against buying anymore cigarettes. I charged the battery, I tried a new filter with it, and I was drawing better drags, producing more vapor and I could feel it in my lungs. It took a couple days but I got used to it. I like being able to “smoke” and not smell like an ashtray. I have nothing bad to say about it except that I think some of the chargers don’t work. The batteries, when charged work fine and last a full day for me. What I have a problem with is finding the right usb port to plug the charger into so that it will charge the battery. I didn’t deal with ordering the product online or over the phone but in my experience, anytime you order something online or over the phone there is always something to dispute because somewhere along the way no one took the time to really read through the fine print. Personally, I like my Smoking Everywhere e-cig. I haven’t tried any others.
What a rip off! Tried it, made me sick. Wrote a letter to cancel. Didn’t ask for refund. They sent me more cartridges. Waited one hour fifteen minutes to talk to someone, said they’d call me the next day. They did, I asked to be removed from their program. I keep getting billed each month and can’t seem to stop them. It is a rip off. I’m trying again today to stop them. Guess I’ll have to pay $20 to have my credit card to stop paying them. Don’t get involved with these people.
Upon receiving my ecig, I returned it within 7 days (I paid the return postage). With no response, I emailed them and was told I did not “qualify” for the 30 DAY MOHEY BACK GUARANTEE that they advertise on their website. They said that I did not “request” the guarantee, therefore I will not get one. Their customer service is the worst company that I have dealt with. These people are a total rip off–would not recommend them OR their ecig to anyone. BEWARE OF THE THIS COMPANY!!

Haven’t been able to try it as when it came it didn’t work. Called them and they said the atomizer must be defective. They told me to send back atomizer and they would send another one. Also, had to pay $8.95 shipping for them to send new one. It has been a month and still have not received the new one but my credit card has been charged the $8.95. After numerous phone calls and unanswered emails, finally got ahold of customer service again today. Same answer, they will be emailing me within 48 hours. What a joke this company is. I would certainly like to see them get reported to the Better Business Bureau. California company though and even if reported, that would take about two years for any action from the State.

This company is by far the worst thing I have EVER seen. False advertising (they offer a 30 day money back guarentee that they do not honor) bank account theft, and unauthorized charges left and right. Their product DOES NOT work past a few minutes and the batteries hold almost no charge ever. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you are ok with being scammed and lied to. This company uses a myriad of tricks to keep the customer from ever effectively getting their money, time, or satisfaction back. TERRIBLE! And dont purchase thier products from independant distributors in mall kiosks either! They have no refund policies and will lie and scam you with false promises about the products capabilities. Same here – complete scam. Been charged 49.99, 17.84 & 17.84 the last 3 months. This has been my 2nd phone call and now there is no record of the 1st call which I cancelled the refil program. I was just given a case number and told an account manager will contact me in 24-48 hours. I contacted my bank and the only way to stop is to cancel my debit card and get new. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

A month later I am billed $99.02, can’t find my delivery confirmation, so my credit card will not do anything to help me. I plan to report them to our State Attorney General for investigation. If a class action suit is brought, count me in!

I have had nothing but problems with this company. DO
NOT waste your time. I ordered the unit Sept of 09, I told them that I did not want auto mailings for replacements. But they sent them anyhow. I called and talked to a service rep, who of course apoligized for the issue. I told them DO NOT send me any more refills I would call them when I wanted more. I thought I got the problem taken care of “NO”. Dec of 09 I told them to cancel my info do not send anything more. I finally had to go to the bank and put a freeze on them so they can’t draw anything out of my account. I even talked to a “so called” Supervisor to get the problem resolved. No matter what you say to these people you might as well talk to a wall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time with these idiots.
I bought this product from the local mall,.. in which I am glad I did. In doing so I got a one year warranty and it was 40$ cheaper there. They do however reduce the amount of cartridges you get however, they are refillable with the liquid drops. Luckily there are 4 different vendors around my house to compete for business if I have an issue. I would not recommend ordering this online. The cost at the local mall will save you enough to equal even that of cheaper starter packs on the net saving you shipping. From the reviews on here I am glad in my case there is a middle man, because he wants my business even if the corporate line does not.
Ive had some leak issues when opening a new cartridge but as with any e-cig, would advise to wipe before use. Reusing with new drops I’ve had no leaks. I have had the product for a week now and my craving for regular tobacco is greatly down. This is my first e-cig so I am not sure where my review measures up, but buy from a mall NOT online.
