I've gone through too many batteries and hardware. They have offered to replace with a $12 charge for the faulty hardware, but don't credit the battery that gets ruined when the charges are bad. Cartridges are either real good, or poor in quality. Delivery is fast and customer service is usually good, but over all the quality is not dependable. The biggest issue with esmoke is consistancy.
