Eluma flavor cartridges are some of the least expensive refill cartridges in the industry. The refill cartridges do not contain a new atomizer though, so that is something to keep in mind. According to the Eluma website, each atomizer should last from 2-6 months, depending on the frequency in which the e-cigarette is used. This is something to keep in mind though because each replacement atomizer is $9.95 and there is nothing worse than not having a working atomizer when you really need an e-cigarette. The Eluma cartridge is equal to one pack of tobacco cigarettes.

The Eluma cartridges and come in your choice of 5 flavors, including:

  • Traditional Tobacco, Cool Mint Menthol, Death by Chocolate, Vibrant Vanilla and Cherry Culmination

Eluma E-Cig Cartridges

Eluma cartridges come in 4 levels of nicotine strength:

  • 0mg, 8mg, 12mg, 16mg

Eluma Cartridges vs. Tobacco Cigarettes

Each Eluma cartridge lasts approximately the same amount of time as one pack of tobacco cigarettes. You can purchase a pack of 25 Eluma cartridges for $25.00, so each cartridge costs about $1.00. In other words, you will be able purchase the equivalent of one pack of tobacco cigarettes for $1.00 when you purchase a pack of 25 Eluma cartridges.

So i purchased a starter kit and it came in about a week pretty standard. opened it put in the first cartridge screwed it together and it was good. then after a few more puffs it started tasting like plastic. I did not like the taste of the plastic put i gave it a about a week hoping this would go away. It never did although i followed their instructions perfectly. always used the case to carry it anywhere.

After that week i emailed customer support to get a return code since i didn’t think the taste would ever go away. this was my reply.

Advanced Customer Service Team, Nov 19 10:57 (CST):
This typically occurs if the device is transported in a pocket, bag or the like while fully assembled. When we ship your products, on your invoice and email we send you with your orders tracking informatio is a list of important things to know. #2 in this list states to never transport eluma assembled, always unscrew the parts before placing them in your pocket, bag, etc. The reason for this is because eluma operates using an automatic air pressure sensitive switch, eluma will undoubtedly active while being jostled about in a pocket, bag, etc as a result of the numerous air pressure changes which will occur. The result will cause the fluid to boil instead of vaporize because it is not being drawn upon. Some but not all of the resulting issues which will arise include, a burnt taste in the atomizer for at least a couple of cartridges, liquid damage to your eluma battery and could also burn out the atomizer. Needless to say, this type of issue arises as a result of improper use and thus is not considered a warranty issue.

Luckily your batteries did not fail as a result of this. We should take this opportunity as a learning experience and be sure to always unscrew the parts before putting them in your pocket, bag or the like. The burnt taste you’re experiencing should go away after a couple of cartridges but ultimately if you’re not satisfied with this, you can purchase replacement atomizers on our products page. They’re $9.95.

Atomizers and batteries will need to be replaced every month or so because they will expire from normal in the course of using eluma. Here are some tips to increase the longevity of your eluma components:

I then reply to explain the situation and they never reply again… I have just now called and they still have to send a email to see if the situation can be resolved. However not replying to my first email is just plain bad customer service they advertise a 30 day return policy for any reason. Yet they have not stayed true of their word thus far. This is why i do have to give them a bad score regardless of how nice their web site is or how nice the Ecig looks and feels or even how nice the case is. i just don’t trust companies that don’t reply to a customer.

The customer is horrible and rude. And they do not honor their guarantee. I could not get consistant draws from this cig. If I am going to use an ecig it must be consistant so that I do not want a tobacco cig. I have since switched to another brand which is much better. Also the two piece design is the newest instead of the three piece design of the Eluma’s old style. I would not recommend this company to any one. And I agree with the last comment that states she will report to the attorney general, I will be doin the same as well as reporting to the BBB. Please do not use this company, trust me find another one.

I ordered cartridges almost 2 weeks ago and still don’t have them…No where in their ads to they let you know how long it will be to get your order. My first order came fast but not this order, my friend order at the end Sept. and he doesn’t have his either. I’m going to contact the attorney general’s office, I’m not sure about this company anymore.

Great e-cig. Had a problem with my first one (first time e-cig user and didn’t follow all of the instructions)–they contacted me immediately and offered me a discount toward a replacement. Fast ship and receipt. Remember to take it apart between smokes–trust me on that one!
