Anyone with an IQ would know without question an e-cig vs traditional cigarettes is a much healthier choice for smokers and non-smokers...tax dollars at work...you wold think with the bad economy they would find something better to do with their time...politicians with their hand outs from big tobacco should not be given a second though...except for accepting funds that they shouldn't.
