With Green Smoke for example, each cartridge is equal to 1.6 packs (32 cigs). You pay $25 for 25 cartridges w/ Blu (25 cart X 7 cigs ea = 175 traditional cigs); with Green Smoke you pay $15 for 5 cartridges (5 cart X 32 cigs ea = 160 traditional cigs).
