My last real cig was 12/2/10. I have been using the e-cig since. I started with 18 mg of nicotine, now down to 0mg.
I do not miss real cigs at all and love the extra money.

Just purchased the kit and have started the first “cigarette”. I can certainly say it is intriguing and the one I have obviously has a “kick”. I’ve smoked for 65 years (yes, 65 years is correct), and am really sick of ashes dribbling everywhere and the occasional dropping off of the lit tip causing holes in fabrics.

I’m certainly hoping that this is a way, if not to quit, at least to decrease the frequency and the dangers of regular cigarettes.

Just got my first e-cigarette starter kit. I am pleased with it and have not had an actual cigarette in 4 days.
It is not as strong, but gets the job done.
Kinda excited.
