I used the patch and ecigs to quit 2 years ago, got completely nicotine free, returned to smoking 6 months later, now using patch and ecigs again, this time, using patch to step down, and will just stick with ecigs. It would be better to be completely free from nicotine, but it is a heck of allot better than smoking those nasty analog cigs health wise. The ecigs do work, and I'm not in a pissy mood etc. Slight adjustment is needed at first, but it's totally manageable. I know quitting smoking is hard, but ecigs help manage the addiction quite well, and your not inhaling all those other carcinogens, you don't reek of that nasty tobacco smell, your taste and sense of smell come back, and it costs about half the price. I told my Mom about them, she texted me the next day wanting the number for the ones I was using.. (I use the blue ones). I recommend to everyone everywhere I can.

My wife and I have been medium to healthy smokers for as long as we can remember. We picked up a few e cigs last week and stopped smoking real cigs 4 days ago. We have absolutely no cravings for real cigs. The nicotine is what we are addicted to and not the tobacco. I tried to quit several times and never made it past one month. Very moody and depressed all the time. I recommend e cigs to anyone out there that is ready to stop the tobacco. This is the best thing that has happened to me in years.

I am the first to comment lol!

I am a recent customer for e-cigs. After a few months of waivering, using the e-cig as a cutting down device I took the plunge and chose to stop smoking altogher. I am in my mid 40s and health concerns made me switch. It is the best thing I ever did. I am now saving money, feeling healthier and very happy. Give it a go - it may save your life. In the first week of giving up I thought I would just try a regular cigarette - ughh! it really tasted terrible in comparison to the e-cig. The toxins and poisons I had read about really semed apparent now! I have been a hardened 40 a day smoker for the last 15 years, before that 20-30 a day. Past attempts to stop smoking left me anxious and depressed. E-cigs do the job as regular cigarettes once you have adjusted, it is the only way to go if you can't quit naturally.

I was a regular smoker for 6+ years. Now I have been using my ecig since mid-April 2010. By May I was back in the gym and exercising with ease, my sense of smell returned, and I felt like a new person. Since then, my running stamina improved and now I am thinking about to join a football club which is my dream. This would not be possible - if I hadn't taken a chance on this new technology. The product I purchased was of good quality its brand name is Jasper and Jasper- has lasted into my 6th month and saved me (estimating) $600, easily - so far - since I no longer purchase cigarettes.

I love my e cigg. I bought the dse901 and it was an amazingly easy transition from the analog smokes. Plus I already feel the benefits after only 2 months! I felt the original benefits within the first week or two. I even remember the morning after I quit analogs my lungs felt better and I didn't have to hack up a lung. It provides a cleaner feeling nic fix cause when my first atomizer broke (I suggest you buy 2 units cause they are so cheap and you don't want to be left w/o a spare) and I needed a cig so bad I smoked one and almost puked from the nasty sick feeling like when I smoked my first cig! I got my mom vaping (alt to smoking)now and my dad with his bad lungs feels better from not having all that second hand smoke. These are amazing and they should be backed by the fda and I think they would be insane mass murderers to shut them down!
